Home Health Service Line

Home Health provides a wide range of health care services to help individuals whose independence is affected by long-term health-related issues.  Also provides assessment for Home Support Services, Long-Term Care placement or Home Nursing Care. Anyone can ask for an assessment for family members or themselves.

Important: To request an ASSESSMENT or new referrals for clients in Delta, North Surrey, Newton or White Rock, South Surrey, please call the Home Health Service Line. Hours:  7 days a week 8:30am to 4:30pm.
