Evergreen Baptist Care Home

Complex Care offering 24 hour nursing care for the frail elderly who can no longer be safely supported at home. All units within the Evergreen Campus of Care are subsidized by Fraser Health and/or BC Housing. Access to Complex Care is made through a Fraser Health Case Manager.
