Healthier Heart for Life Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

The "Healthier Heart for Life" program is designed for people within the Fraser Health Authority area who have had a recent heart attack, bypass surgery, angioplasty, angina or heart failure and for those who are at risk for developing heart disease. Participants meet with a team of professionals and discuss issues essential for heart health. No fee or physician referral is required (for education purposes only).
