Our Adult Guardianship program manages the income of low income individuals who are no longer able to care for their own financial needs. Helping seniors who have chosen to ask for the administration of their pensions. Fees are as low as possible. Services include:

▪ Voluntary Pension Management – Allows us to administer a client’s pension form the income security program only (Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security, Guarantee Income Supplement, or Employment Union or Veteran Pensions). Service cost is $45 per month.
▪ Non-Voluntary Pension Trustee – This allows us to administer the pensions of individuals who are incapable of managing their finances. Service cost is $45 per month.
▪ Discretionary Trusts – For a person with a disability that receives a lump sum amount and signs an agreement with us with the approval of Ministry of Social Development.
